Warmest greetings… I am a 22+ year career Realtor with National & International residential real estate sales experience. Originally a 4th generation native of Orange County, California… in 1985 moved to Aspen, CO, where I enjoyed selling Pitkin County luxury ski vacation & resort rental homes  for 17 years.

I loved the snow sports and active Mt lifestyle… but after 17 Rocky Mt winters, I was ready for a warm beach… In 2003, I accepted a new RE assignment with Playground Destination Resorts a subsidiary of Intrawest, on location in Punta Mita, Nayarit, Mexico. See: (http://www.fourseasons.com/puntamita/) PM was the most northern penninsula, about 45 minutes NW of Puerto Vallarta on the Pacific, where I was positioned to sell a brand new Rosewood hotel “La Solana” & beachfront casitas… following that location, I moved to Los Cabos, to represent “The Auberge Resort at Esperanza”. Just a few miles east of the marina in Punta Ballena, on the Sea of Cortez. (www.esperanzaresort.com) … The surfing, sportfishing, ocean-golf, Mexican food, music and warm culture were awesome… but it was time, I return to the US. As of Oct 2004 my home has been in Prescott… truly the best of Arizona, for the year round climate and quality of life. Prescott is such a charming, historic community with a lifestyle package that is tough to beat anywhere in the US, for weather, cost of living, natural beauty and friendly people.

An active member of the National Association of Realtors, Arizona Assn of Realtors, Colorado Assn of Realtors, with the designations of “Accredited Buyer’s Representative” , “At Home with Diversity” member of the “Council of Residential Specialists, “Graduate of the Real Estate Institute”, and hold the “Master in Real Estate”. My RECS designation means “Real Estate Cyberspace Specialist”. SFR is a New NAR designation for Certified in “Short Sales & Foreclosures” .  I am a Past President of the 2000 Aspen Board of Realtors, a 6 year term up the ranks and Director of the Colorado Assn of Realtors.

My primary real estate focus has always been luxury homes located in the finest communities, resorts and clubs with views, golf and/or social amenities. With “change comes progress” or is it “with progress comes change?” In either case, I chose to move my real estate license to Windermere Real Estate Northern Arizona.  In 2007, I became the Managing Broker of the Prescott Valley office for 2 years.

Golfer and Outdoor Enthusiast:  Yes, I am addicted to nature and hours of hitting that little white ball into the cup. My husband John is an avid golfer and great mentor in the crazy game. We enjoy travel, fine dining, our  100 lb. Siberian husky “Lily”, photography, technology, and all the natural beauty, wildlife and recreation our charming Prescott community offers!

A Betty Crocker, Better Homes & Garden’s Nester too!  In my free time, aside from real estate service & golf; I love to be creative, redecorate homes, dig in the garden, I am very proud of my multi colored roses and potted flowers throughout our yard, I enjoy cooking exotic recipes that are lean with great flavor, influenced by my adventures in Mexico and a prior career as a nutritionist. I used to own 2 Jack LaLanne nutrition centers located in JL’s health spas in S. California.

In Summary, I am from a large family, one of six kids,#3, and I marvel at how wonderfully our parents managed… Dad was self employed in sales and juggled his career with his small tribe always with his great sense of humor… mom was the smartest domestic angel.
